Shipping policy

Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the next business day when received before 3:00 p.m. PST. In general, please allow 24 - 48 hours for items to ship. Tracking info will be provided to customer once order has shipped. Orders with items purchased on pre-order, or when out of stock, will ship as soon as ordered items arrive in stock.
